The load-bearing structures of the building are external and internal walls.
The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the monolithic concrete belt, the monolithic ceiling and the external walls made of gas silicate block.
Walls: external walls – 300 mm gas silicate block, with mineral wool insulation with further decoration (facade panels, plastering and painting of walls). Internal load-bearing walls are silicate bricks. Partitions – silicate brick 120 mm.
Overlap – monolithic s/b slabs.
Roof – 2-slope, unused. The roof is a composite tile.
Windows – metal-plastic profile with double glazing.
