The load-bearing structures of the building are external and internal walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the monolithic concrete belt, the monolithic ceiling and the external walls made of gas silicate block.

External walls – gas silicate block 300 mm, with insulation of mineral wool with further decoration with panels, plastering and painting of walls.

Flooring – monolithic s/b slabs.
The roof is 1 pitch, unused.
The roof is a composite tile.
Windows – metal-plastic profile with double glazing.
