The load-bearing structures of the building are external and internal walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the monolithic concrete belt, the monolithic ceiling and the external walls made of gas silicate block.
Walls: external walls – 300 mm gas silicate block, with mineral wool insulation and further decoration (facade panels, plastering and painting of walls). Internal load-bearing walls – 250 mm silicate brick. Partitions – silicate brick 120 mm.
Overlap – monolithic s/b slabs.
Roof – flat, unused..
Roofing – EPDM-membrane.
Windows – metal-plastic profile with double glazing.
