The peculiarity of this house is a spacious living area with access to the terrace. Large French windows in the kitchen and living room offer a wonderful view of the garden.
Stairs can also be used as a functional and decorative element, which will be the main decoration of the dining area.
The plan of the house is very rational and well thought out. On the first floor, there are niches for wardrobes and a boiler room, which can be conveniently used as a pantry and laundry room.
On the second floor, the “night” part is located – there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with a separate wardrobe and access to the bathroom.
