The load-bearing structures of the building are external and internal walls.
The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the monolithic concrete belt, the monolithic ceiling and the external walls made of gas silicate block.
Outside walls – gas silicate block 300 mm, with mineral wool insulation with further decoration (facade panels, plastering and painting of walls).
Internal load-bearing walls are silicate bricks. Partitions – silicate brick 120 mm.
Overlap – monolithic s/b slabs.
Windows – metal-plastic profile with double glazing.
