The load-bearing structures of the building are external and internal walls.
The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the monolithic concrete belt, the monolithic ceiling and the external walls made of gas silicate block.
Walls: external walls – 300 mm gas silicate block, insulated with mineral wool and further decorated with clinker brick. Internal load-bearing walls are ceramic bricks.
Overlap – monolithic s/b slabs.
Roof – 2-slope, unused. The roof is a composite tile.
Windows – metal-plastic profile with double glazing.
