Facades and construction technology

Materials proposed for the construction of a two-story house according to the Olivia project:

Main walls: ceramic brick, insulation, facade plaster with subsequent painting.

Variants of external decoration of the walls of the 2nd floor:

  • type 1: facade plaster with painting;
  • type 2: thermo-board finish.

Overlap: b/w plate with monolithic areas.
Roofing: s/b slab, insulation, EPDM-membrane.
